Capt. (N) Prof. MIROSLAV TSVETKOV, Ph.D.

Renowned military and academic expert with proven scientific research expertise.

Capt. (N) Prof. Miroslav Tsvetkov is currently teaching at Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy, Bulgaria. He has more than forty scientific publications, including textbooks, scientific articles and reports.

Capt. (N) Prof.Dr. Tsvetkov has rich experience as a project manager in scientific research projects. Some of the international projects he has participated are Development of Common Curricula Modules for Merchant Marine Officers (DECOMAR) and Integrated Informational System in Support of Coastal Zone Management.

Among his achievements are numerous awards from the Bulgarian Ministry of Defence.
