Manager, Consultant, Instructor, and Lecturer. Mrs. Shabi specializes in finding solutions and is committed to dedicated and effective customer care. She has developed skills during her work as an entrepreneur and can advocate with natural abilities to deal with a wide range of personality types, neutralizing stressors, and finding proactive solutions.

Her professional experience includes Counseling and guidance; Staff training for organizations in the fields of empowerment, care, leadership, and risk management; PersonalCouching / leadership; Entrepreneur and project management; Event planning; Design strategies and managing the ongoing process; Diagnosis and mapping of needs.

Mrs. Shabi has worked as a Community Coordinator, Community Services Division Manager at “Elor” Organization that works for people with a cognitive, mental and physical disability; as a Rehabilitation Program Manager at “Marpeh Lanefesh” – a non-profit organization for people with mental and physical disabilities; Psychotherapist and Quality Assurance Consultant and as a Senior Manager at the Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. in Bethpage, NY – an NGO for people with mental and developmental disabilities.

Mrs. Shabi holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from C.W.Post Long Island University in Brookville NY and a BA in Psychology from the SUNY Old Westbury University in Long Island NY. She is a certified Personal Couch from “Yozmot ” College and holds a certificate for Event Planning.

She is fluent in both Hebrew and English languages.
